Minority Student Virtual Career Fair, Career Day & Internship Program has two components:

VIRTUAL CAREER FAIR

Where students are exposed to a variety of careers and industries. Career Fairs Exhibitors include Corporations, Federal government agencies, as well as non‐profit and community organizations.

VIRTUAL CAREER DAY & INTERNSHIP PROGRAM

Where students obtain valuable work experience in fields of their choice while applying skills and knowledge learned in courses taken within their schools.

What can a Virtual Career Fair, Career Day or Internship do for a minority student?

Career Fairs expose students to a variety of career options for their future and can change their lives! A Career Day or Internship can show students what it’s like to work somewhere they love, discover talents, and find a niche they want to work in.  Career Days and Internships help students learn about the workplace and gain experience in a career while they are still in school. From that learning students grow and mature into better students and better people. And finally, with the learning and growth they’ve done, they will succeed. Companies taking part are helping students Learn, Grow and Succeed.

What can Virtual Career Fair, Career Day or Internship do for a business?

An entire career has the potential to start at Career Fair! A business that decides to showcase their brand and services at a Career Fair is encouraging students to learn about their company. A business that decides to participate in a Career Day or bring a minority student on for an internship is quite literally making it their cause to kick start a career. The value a student can get from a quality internship could give them amazing life experience and set them up for success in the workplace. This idea is a direct message to students from your company – and it’s letting students know you make Their Careers your Cause.
